Trouble with e-cig compatibility? We’re here to help
Greetings, FIN family. We have had a few reports of FIN supporters having compatibility problems with e-cigs purchased in retail stores vs. online.
We are deeply sorry. Recently, we made a few small upgrades to our product line. We didn’t expect any overlap between the old and new e-cigs, but there have been instances where FIN supporters have batteries that don’t mesh with their refills. To make up for it, we’ve come up with what we think is a fair solution.

Ramon and our whole team are committed to making your FIN experience thoroughly satisfying, and he will make sure you get the parts you need.
And now, when you buy a box of refill cartridges online, we’ll include a free compatible replacement battery.
Also, we’d like to let you know we’re now selling 5-packs of disposables in both Rich Tobacco and Cool Menthol. Each 5-pack is the equivalent of more than one carton of traditional cigarettes.
